Magnetic Leadership is an instructional seminar hosted by Dr. Beverly Smallwood. She wanted a cover for 3-inch notebooks that she and her staff assemble for these seminars. As their content changes and updates frequently, they wanted to be able to present attendees with an easily updated binder but still have it look professional and unique.
