Clearview’s staff of approximately thirty-five employees encompasses a wide range of specialties and responsibilities all dedicated to meeting the specific recovery needs of each client.

The clinical staff consists of seven counselors, six of whom hold a masters degree. With offices located in the residential halls, these dedicated professionals conduct individual and group counseling sessions.

The center also employs a psychiatrist, psychologist, nurse practitioner and a full-time registered nurse. These healthcare professionals provide psychiatric and medical treatment whenever necessary.

The administrative and support staff provide the necessary framework that undergirds the clinical staff’s work on a 24/7 basis.

Charles Bush, Program Manager, oversees the entire facility and its operations. Mr. Bush has directed the recovery program for 20 years.

Jimmy Butler, Business Office Representative, manages Clearview’s business operations. Mr. Butler has served both Clearview and its clients in the area of finances since 1997.

Vanessa Cox, Clinical Director, oversees the clinical staff and is herself an active counselor. She has been a part of the clinical staff since 1990.

Dawn Clark, Residential Coordinator, is in charge of daily operations. Ms. Clark has served in various capacities with Clearview Recovery since 1986.
